Warranty

This Agreement made and entered into effective between(                                                          ; here after “Retailer”) with its principal place of business at (                                                        )and Master Global Motors.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, “Retailer” desires “Supplier” to warrant that the products (as defined below) shall conform to the Specifications attached here to;

WHEREAS, both parties here to shall cooperate with each other in a good faith to establish a mutually close and prosperous relationship; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and covenants contained here in, the parties here to agree as follow:

1. This product is made by strict quality control and inspection process.

2. A receipt slip or payment detail must be presented to define the warranty period.

3. “Supplier” shall supply and assure the quality of the products.

4. “Supplier” shall warrant that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from “Retailer’s” receipt of products [or “Retailer’s” delivery to end-user of final set incorporation products with proof of trade.].

5. “Supplier” shall not be responsible for the Installer’s mishandling of products such as the wrong installment even if it happens within the warranty period.

6. “Supplier” shall exchange the defective products for the non-defective products.

7.If no work or rework ensues from the product defect in addition to the replacement above, “Supplier” shall compensate “Retailer” for any and all loss/ damages incurred to “Retailer” due to Products defect If you are wanting to claim about the product that you have bought you will need an invoice and the photo of the damaged product that you are wanting to claim for evidence.
